✅ Conduct thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting on engine, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
✅ Provide professional after-sales technical support to clients through field visits and site inspections.
✅ Clearly explain technical issues and repair solutions to clients in a way that is easy to understand.
✅ Document service reports and maintain inventory of parts used for field repairs.
✅ Travel to various client locations to ensure units are functioning efficiently.
Qualifications/Requirements
✅ Graduate of Mechanical/Automotive Technology or related vocational courses (A valid professional driver's license is required).✅ Proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and hydraulic systems.
✅ Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately diagnose issues and clearly explain technical solutions to clients.
