- 1 to 5 years of significant experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, HRIS, data engineering, or related roles
- Experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or Workforce Analytics environments
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and data visualization tools
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong experience in data pipeline development, ETL processes, integration design, and data modeling
- Experience working with Workday and HR data structures
- Experience using APIs and integration tools to manage and maintain cross-system data flows
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, privacy, and compliance frameworks
- Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with BI, reporting, or analytics platforms beyond Power BI
- Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, or AWS
- Experience supporting predictive modeling or advanced analytics initiatives
- Experience working within multinational organizations supporting employees and systems across multiple countries
Responsibilities
People Data Engineering & Integration- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines connecting HR systems such as Workday, Culture Amp, and Cornerstone
- Develop and maintain a unified people data layer by aligning data models, identifiers, and definitions
- Manage data ingestion, transformation, storage, and integration across HR and enterprise systems
- Own people data architecture, including schemas, lineage, and documentation
- Establish and maintain data quality, validation, governance, and compliance standards
- Partner with Information Security and IT teams to protect sensitive employee data and ensure adherence to privacy regulations
- Deliver reliable datasets that support workforce analytics, reporting, forecasting, and planning initiatives
- Monitor data usage, adoption, and system performance to enhance analytics capabilities and insights delivery
- Partner with HR stakeholders and global teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
- Communicate technical concepts and data insights clearly to HR and business leaders
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve data processes and operational efficiency
- Leverage AI and modern data engineering practices to enhance scalability and performance
- Support data literacy initiatives through self-service tools and standardized data definitions
- Monitor and maintain HR data pipelines, integrations, and related data processes
- Troubleshoot data quality and system integration issues
- Prepare and manage datasets for workforce analytics, dashboards, and reporting
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Information Security teams on data requests and system enhancements
- Document data processes and maintain compliance with governance standards
- Implement workflow automation and process improvements where applicable
- Maintaining data accuracy, quality, and compliance across HR systems
- Troubleshooting data pipeline, integration, and system connectivity issues
