Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree.
Preferably with working experience in the related field is needed for this position.
Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, diagrams, and manuals
Ability to use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Job Description:
Maintains and repairs building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Performs routine inspections, troubleshooting, and responds to service requests to ensure a safe, functional environment.
Collaborate with the concerned departments to address any operational concerns or equipment-related challenges
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities
Ensure a safe and organized work environment by following all relevant safety protocols
Responsibilities:
- Repair or replace broken dis-functional parts and fix issues
- Civil and plumbing works
- General painting and making good paintwork after repairs
- Ensure that power house are clean
