Accounting Analyst II - Order to Cash

Performs intermediate to advanced accounting and Order to Cash (OTC) functions, including billing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, and financial analysis. Ensures accuracy of accounts receivable transactions, supports closing activities, and provides insights to improve cash flow and overall process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end OTC processes including invoicing, collections, and cash application
• Prepare and review journal entries and accounts receivable reconciliations
• Monitor AR aging and drive collection efforts to reduce overdue balances
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and unapplied cash
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities related to AR
• Analyze AR trends, variances, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer accounts in the general ledger
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to resolve issues
• Support internal and external audits by providing OTC-related documentation
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within OTC cycle
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, with strong exposure to OTC/Accounts Receivable
• Solid understanding of billing, collections, cash application, and AR processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

• CPA or pursuing CPA certification is an advantage
• Experience in shared services or BPO environment
• Familiarity with automation tools and reporting dashboards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
