About the role

As an Aircon Technician at SUPIMA HOLDINGS, INC., you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems across various facilities. • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning units, including identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related problems
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, servicing, and tuning air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance
• Install new air conditioning units and replace or upgrade existing systems as required
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations

• Relevant qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a technical diploma or certificate
• Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience as an Aircon Technician, preferably in the commercial and residential sectors
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of air conditioning systems
• Proficiency in handling tools and equipment used in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units
• Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with tenants
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
