Sales Account Executive
Qualifications:
- Graduate of business management, real estate management, marketing, or any relevant course.
- Proven work experience as a sales account executive.
- Ability to grasp client needs and to increase customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of any CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to analyze market trends.
- Willing to start ASAP.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategically generate leads and foster brand
- Manage accounts and act as the point of contact for clients
- Manage and grow portfolio of account
- Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
- Establish best practices
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Gather statistics on clients' feedback after an event or stay to enhance the sales portfolio.
