Medical Billing Specialist
Private Advertiser Mandaluyong Full-time
Location: St. Francis Square, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City
- Salary: Up to PHP 35,000
- Shift: Graveyard Shift (EST)
- Work Setup: Onsite during training with possible hybrid setup based on performance
- Handle Medicaid billing and healthcare-related invoicing processes
- Provide back-office and email support to clients and customers
- Process and monitor billing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing concerns and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of billing activities
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and reports
- Experience in billing and healthcare support preferred
- Customer service or back-office support experience is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with Careclaim MB software is a plus
- Strong communication, time management, and follow-up skills
- Amenable to working onsite and on a graveyard shift
