We are seeking a proactive and upbeat Administrative Assistant to support our client. Someone who is organized, communicative, and professional—ready to handle office tasks, assist with communications, able to use Photoshop and create mockups, and knows how to use ChatGPT properly.Success in this role means being responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely eager to help.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email in clear, fluent English
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through courteous and efficient communication
Strive for First Call Resolution by addressing issues effectively the first time
Set up and manage online stores, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date content
Create high-quality product mockups using Photoshop or similar tools
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm product availability and update internal systems to prevent discrepancies
Prepare reports, transcribe meeting minutes, create presentations, and conduct relevant research
Proactively anticipate team and customer needs to ensure a smooth and positive experience
The IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, E-Commerce Specialist, or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (G Suite) tools
Hands-on experience with Shopify and similar e-commerce platforms
Strong Photoshop skills, including creating product mockups
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond to shifting business needs
Creative and solution-oriented; able to think outside the box
Work From Home Requirements:
Minimum 50 MBPS Internet Connection with a backup provider
Dedicated Office Room that has no loud background noise (Take a video of the Workspace)
Has backup plans during power outages and other issues
