ROLE SUMMARY
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Software Developer with strong data analytics capabilities to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning raw data into actionable insights through SQL queries, data modeling, and Power BI dashboards.Bonus points if you can assist with light automation and basic web support.
WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Daylight Time (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full TimeWORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and analytics needs
- Build, enhance, and manage Power BI dashboards and visualizations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Support integration efforts via API calls and light scripting
- Assist with basic HTML/WordPress edits and content management as needed
- Provide support on Python-based automation and bot workflows (as projects arise)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s degree in the related field
- Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL)
- Experience creating dashboards in Power BI (or similar BI platforms like Tableau)
- Strong understanding of data modeling and performance optimization
- Familiarity with API integration and basic web technologies (HTML, WordPress)
- Working knowledge of Python, especially in automation contexts
