US Payroll Manager

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in end-to-end US payroll administration or accounting
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels. Drive and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Audit all data to ensure time, earnings and reimbursements have been approved by an authorized signers.
- Conduct accuracy checks on payroll data prior to transmitting payroll
- Thoroughly review payroll registers from ADP to ensure calculations and deductions are correct prior to accepting payroll.
- Maintains payroll documentation in an organized, easy to find manner for the duration set forth by federal guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee information
- Produce applicable payroll reports as requested and necessary
- Download, save and deliver all ADP reports to Accounting and Payroll
- Assist in processing all garnishments, wage attachments, and child support orders in ordinance with the State and Federal guidelines.
- Create and update payroll profiles including its tax information
- Monitor, forecast and verify payroll taxes and its filing
- Assists Payroll Team Lead with the development and implementation of payroll processes
- Assist Payroll specialist with any issues that arise
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries
- Conduct internal audits on payrolls to ensure documentation is complete and approved according to controls set in place
- Reset payroll cycles and download check detail after each transmit
- Track and audit garnishments for proper payroll processing
- Track and audit manual checks
- Approve payrolls and manual check requests when Payroll Team Lead is unavailable
- Reconcile H.S.A deductions and submit to Treasury for funding
- Maintain and perform quarterly Audits on Authorized signature log.
- Ensure all quarterly Workforce Tracking reports are completed by the State deadlines.
- All other projects and duties as assigned for Payroll
WORK SETUP:
- Hybrid set up of 2x or 3x a week onsite in BGC Taguig
- Willing nightshift schedule 9PM-6AM or flexible
- Willing to be onboarded on July 28, 2025 non negotiable
