Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented IT Department Admin to provide administrative support to the IT team, assist in documentation and asset management, and help ensure the smooth operation of daily IT activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the IT Department
- Maintain IT records, reports, and documentation
- Monitor and update IT asset inventory and equipment records
- Coordinate IT-related requests, schedules, and vendor transactions
- Assist in processing purchase requests and department documentation
- Support the implementation of IT policies and procedures
- Handle filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field✔ With experience in administrative support, preferably in an IT environment
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✔ Strong organizational and documentation skills
✔ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
✔ Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
