We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Settlement Manager to oversee the process for transactions in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of settlement procedures, and a commitment to maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the end-to-end settlement process for all customers.
- Review and validate monthly invoices based on data.
- Coordinate closely with account teams to ensure settlement data integrity.
- Prepare regular and accurate reports concerning settlement transactions within the department.
- Provide recommendations and summary analysis as needed.
- Maintain and update settlement systems and ensure all data is accurately recorded.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business or any related field
- 5-7 years experience in settlement operations.
- Highly adept in Microsoft applications and functions; Computer Savvy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite, on holidays, and with shifting schedules.
