Art Director
The Role
As an Art Director, you will be responsible for ideation, development, and execution of fresh and innovative art directions across channels for client projects. You must possess the necessary advertising and marketing sensibilities and experience to ensure all client projects are on-brand, strategic, and rooted in a digital-first approach to storytelling.
Creative and Art Direction- Create and present creative concepts for campaigns and pitches, ensuring they meet strategic goals while demonstrating a solid understanding of creative media trends
- Develop art directions for our campaigns and projects, including hands-on design of necessary visuals and creative assets
- Set standards for all creative outputs, utilizing a sharp eye for design and aesthetics when providing quality assurance
- Research, review, and recommend suitable imagery and innovative creative solutions for all client projects
- Proactively bring new ideas to the table and participate in concept brainstorming with your fellow creatives and other teams under the CUE Group Company
- Oversee a broad range of projects, in collaboration with team supervisors and key members across departments
- Independently work on multiple projects simultaneously, including setting and negotiating priorities and timings, while proactively providing solutions during necessary workload escalations
- Maintain high-level transparency and proactiveness with senior leadership and management
- Mentor and manage junior creative team members by being an inspirational and motivational leader
- Delegate to third parties such as freelancers, production teams, and suppliers
Key Qualities We Look For:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous digital design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, Premiere)
Experience with web design tools like Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
