SKETCHUP/GRAPHIC DESIGNER
About the role
We are seeking a talented SketchUp/Graphic Designer to join our creative team at IDA International Planning Services Inc. This is a full-time position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a SketchUp/Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in translating design concepts into compelling visual representations that communicate our planning and architectural visions.This position is integral to our design process, ensuring that clients and stakeholders can clearly visualise projects before implementation.
Key responsibilities- Create detailed 2D and 3D visualisations using SketchUp to represent architectural and planning concepts
- Develop high-quality graphic design materials including renderings, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Collaborate with architects, planners, and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into visual formats
- Refine designs based on feedback from team members and clients
- Manage design projects from conception through delivery, ensuring deadlines are met
- Stay updated with design software updates and industry best practices
- Proficiency in SketchUp, with demonstrable experience in creating architectural and planning visualisations.
- Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work, particularly in Landscape architectural or planning-related projects.
- Understanding of Landscape architectural drawing conventions and spatial design principles.
- Excellent visual communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of rendering software SKP, CAD, PHOTOSHOP (Rhino, V-Ray, Lumion, Navisworks, etc.) is advantageous.
- Experience in landscape architectural design projects is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Landscape Architecture or Architectural Design.
