Assistant Warehouse Manager
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Warehouse Manager in the overall supervision of departmental personnel, general plant operations, and maintenance within a food manufacturing facility
- Plan, oversee, and run optimum daily warehouse and production support operations
- Review all production orders and schedules, making key decisions about workflow strategies to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Coordinate closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Food Safety teams to ensure compliance with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, etc.)
- Perform daily inspections of all machinery and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure proper storage and food safety compliance
- Ensure proper implementation of safety, quality, and sanitation standards within the warehouse
- Proven experience as an Assistant Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor (at least 3 years) in a food manufacturing setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology (preferred), Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related course
- Strong knowledge of food safety systems (GMP, HACCP, food quality standards)
- Strong aptitude in root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in safety, quality, productivity, and inventory processes within food manufacturing
- Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills
- Can speak English & Tagalog
- Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
