Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Job Descriptions: Craft detailed and comprehensive job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
• Source Candidates: Utilize various platforms including job boards, social media, local job fairs, and referrals to attract potential candidates.
• Screen Applicants: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
• Interview Candidates: Organize and conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain Candidate Database: Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter or HR professional, with a preference for local hiring experience.
