Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and visionary Business Intelligence and Data Science Analysts to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead our internal BI and data capabilities from the ground up, with a focus on business and consumer analytics.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and data science, with a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as data modeling, creating dashboards, using business intelligence tools, and conducting business analysis to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive BI and data analytics strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify key business metrics and KPIs to drive performance and decision-making.
- Data Infrastructure Development:
- Design and build data architecture, including data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Select and implement appropriate BI tools and platforms.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth business and consumer analytics to uncover insights and trends.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing, operations, finance, and other departments to understand data needs.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance business processes and customer experiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data science roles.
- Experience in building BI and data analytics capabilities from the ground up is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the F&B industry or consumer analytics is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data analytics.
