Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in encoding accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense transactions
• Help organize and prepare financial data for review and reporting
• Support reconciliation activities under the guidance of the accounting team

• Organize receipts, vouchers, and supporting financial documents
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and maintenance of digital and physical files
• Help maintain complete and audit-ready documentation

• Assist in preparing invoices and verifying attached supporting documents
• Support tracking of collections and updating basic finance logs
• Help prepare simple financial summaries and reports as assigned

• Gain exposure to internal accounting processes and documentation standards
• Assist in preparing basic schedules for audit and compliance requirements
• Observe strict confidentiality and data privacy protocols at all times

• Participate in regular feedback and mentoring sessions with supervisors
• Develop understanding of accounting workflows, controls, and reporting processes
• Demonstrate accuracy, reliability, and professional work ethic throughout the internship

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation
• Strong attention to detail and high willingness to learn
• Organised, dependable, and able to handle confidential information responsibly
• Available for the required internship duration and training schedule
