Job Description: NetSuite Implementation Consultant

You will leverage your NetSuite expertise and consulting skills to configure the system, provide training, and offer ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage NetSuite implementation projects for new and existing clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into functional NetSuite configurations and solutions.
• Configure and customize NetSuite modules, including but not limited to Financials, CRM, Supply Chain, and Advanced Revenue Management.
• Develop and deliver tailored NetSuite training sessions for client users.
• Create comprehensive project documentation, including requirements documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, addressing questions and resolving issues.
• Collaborate effectively with technical teams (e.g., developers) to implement custom solutions and integrations.
• Manage client expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices within NetSuite.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite features, functionalities, and industry trends.
• Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base and implementation methodologies.
• Potentially travel to client sites within the Philippines as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience implementing NetSuite solutions for various clients.
• Strong functional knowledge of core NetSuite modules and their configuration options.
• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with data migration and data cleansing activities.
• Understanding of common business processes across different industries.
• NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Certified ERP Consultant) are highly desirable.
• Experience with SuiteScript or other NetSuite customization tools is a plus.
