In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats.
- Perform basic product troubleshooting using information from public documents and limited to business unit products.
- Explain product specifications and product features to customers.
- Gather, collect, organize, and send electronic copies of documentation to the customers.
- Identify project ideas and opportunities that support continuous improvement initiatives

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other Engineering courses.
- Solid understanding of basic information about electrical.
- Knowledge of basic installations and applications of wiring and other electrical products.
- Knowledge of hazardous locations markets.
- Experience in installations and applications of wiring and other related products.
