Job Description

• Develops and implement marketing strategies (pricing, research, branding, communications, public relations) to achieve organizational objectives.
• Delivers marketing plans for major activities and projects across the marketing mix.
• Conceptualizes and develops marketing materials and promotional items.
• Conducts product launches and brand activation.
• Synthesizes all market information and insights to support strategy formulation and other market reach initiatives.
• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.).
• Initiates new product development in Animal Health and conducts market feasibility.
• Represents the company in professional organizations, industry associations and trade events.Performs other related function that maybe assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification: B.S. Food Technology, Business Management major in Marketing & Pricing or business related courses

With at least five (5) years of work experience in Sales & Marketing.

1. Excellent Marketing skills
2. Preferably with technical background in the food products and processes
3. With high level drive for achievement and good leadership skills
4. Must be responsible, honest, proactive, resourceful, and must be able to adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
