Special Requirements- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Training Supervisor or in a related leadership role within Training and Development
- Willing and capable of working flexible schedules and extended hours when necessary to meet business demands and operational requirements
- Demonstrates and models exemplary leadership behaviors aligned with the company’s values, culture, and professional standards
- Knowledgeable and experienced in the full Training and Development Cycle, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training Design, Training Implementation, and Training Evaluation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Lead, coach, and mentor the Training Team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training programs
- Design, plan, and implement comprehensive Training Needs Analysis to identify developmental opportunities and performance gaps
- Develop and execute effective classroom curricula and structured Nesting Programs aligned with operational goals
- Contribute to the achievement of short-term and long-term Sales Operations objectives by ensuring the endorsement of high-quality and well-prepared trainees
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and monitor trainer effectiveness through regular training and coaching observations
- Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders to identify performance gaps and provide continuous training support
- Drive continuous learning initiatives that enhance product knowledge, salesmanship, and overall employee performance
