Job Description
As a Digital Designer, you will be at the forefront of real estate marketing, designing, building, and testing creative solutions to help developer clients promote new estates, housing projects, and property developments. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to produce high-quality lead capture pages, EDMs, and digital assets that engage audiences and drive results.

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in EDM design, landing page creation, coding, and testing.
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS (JavaScript is a plus).
- Experience with Bootstrap and basic web development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Understanding of landing page design and responsive coding.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Creative problem solver with a passion for design and technology trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Design, build, and test lead capture pages and EDMs, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with Developer customers, implementing feedback and revisions to achieve top-tier digital assets.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Digital Campaign Specialists, to launch campaigns with proper tracking codes and performance optimization.
- Provide design support to the Customer Loyalty Design Team when needed.
