Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand direction.
  • Lead trend forecasting and translate insights into innovative campaigns to position Juan Carlo ahead of the competition.
  • Conceptualize, propose, and manage brand campaigns, client engagement projects, and new initiatives.
  • Present campaign concepts and reports to EXECOM for review, alignment, and approval.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration
  • Work closely with EXECOM on strategic planning, project alignment, and brand direction for all marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with departments such as Sales, Culinary, Operations, and Creative to ensure campaigns are effectively and flawlessly executed.
  • Lead regular cross-functional meetings to align on timelines, deliverables, and objectives for each project.
  • Event & Project Management - Plan and execute all marketing events including grand tastings, expos, partner activations, and brand showcases.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of projects from ideation to post-event review and analysis.
  • Monitor performance and ROI of all campaigns and continuously improve based on insights.
  • Brand & Content Development - Ensure strong and consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee social media content planning, production, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-quality, trend-forward visuals and copy.
  • Partnership & Client Engagement - Develop and manage a strategic gifting program for key account partners such as event coordinators and venue executives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value referrers and collaborators to encourage continued business partnerships.
  • Seek out and negotiate strategic brand collaborations and sponsorships to increase brand presence.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury, hospitality, events, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns and events.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience in executive-level collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Creative, innovative, and highly attuned to market trends and luxury branding.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
