Posted on 10 April 2026Monitor asset movements from delivery, deployment, transfers, and disposal.
Ensure all asset deployments are confirmed by employee/custodian.
Maintain a database of all assets with information required for Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) reporting.
Assistance on PEZA compliance on asset movements.
Provide guidance on how to improve asset management.
Ensure all assets are barcoded after delivery and before deployment to users and/or technology.
Assist during PEZA inspection on asset disposal.
Coordinate the documentation required for PEZA disposal.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
With at least 1-2 years of experience in Asset Management (Inventories)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Expert in using Excell Microsoft.
