Branch Mechanic (La Union)

Branch Mechanic handles technical motorcycle repairs, troubleshooting, and customer service, plus assists with service promos; requirements include a High School Diploma, technical certification (or passing their test), and skills in maintenance, safety, and coordination with branch management for marketing service activities, ensuring a clean workspace and proper tool care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Service: Perform repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting for all motorcycle units.
• Customer Relations: Advise customers on proper usage and basic troubleshooting.
• Service Promotion: Help implement marketing promos and activities for the service hub.
• Tool & Equipment Management: Ensure proper use, arrangement, and safekeeping of service tools.
• Workplace Maintenance: Keep the service hub clean and dispose of waste properly.
• Coordination: Work with the Branch Head on service marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate.
• Technical certification in Motorcycle Service or ability to pass Motortrade's trade test.
