Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and
requisitioning to purchase order creation and fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and

regulatory requirements.

Budget Management:

  • Collaborate with finance teams to develop procurement budgets and
closely monitor expenditures.
  • Strive to achieve cost savings without compromising product quality or

operational efficiency.

Inventory Control:

  • Monitor inventory levels, analyzing usage patterns and demand trends to
optimize stock levels.
  • Implement strategies to prevent overstocking or stockouts, minimizing

carrying costs.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging products, and market
dynamics that may impact procurement decisions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and innovative

products.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate and present regular reports detailing procurement performance,
cost savings, supplier metrics, and market insights.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement

data-driven strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with various departments, including operations, culinary, and

quality control, to understand their procurement needs and align

strategies.
