Marketing Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and respond to social media inquiries, ensuring timely, professional, and brand-aligned communication with clients and prospects
• Assist in the creation and development of marketing materials, including graphics, presentation decks, and marketing collateral for social media, digital platforms, and business use
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and customer experience
• Assist in identifying and supporting opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and business development initiatives
• Prepare and organize materials for presentations, proposals, and partnership pitches
• Maintain organized records of inquiries, leads, and marketing activities for reporting and analysis
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Management in support of marketing and business objectives

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar)
• Experience in creating presentation decks and marketing materials is preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Creative, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of marketing experience required
