Job Summary

As a Sales Associate at Volvo Cars Makati, you will be responsible for driving vehicle sales by cultivating strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a premium customer experience.

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing high-end vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service through expert guidance on available models and features, ensuring a personalized and satisfying buying experience tailored to individual preferences and needs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized showroom environment.

1. Bachelor's degree or at least college level
2. Preferably with experience in Sales for at least 2 years
3. Experience in the automotive industry or with any luxury brands is a plus
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. Preferably with a valid driver's license
