- Intouch Tech provides IT support, telecoms, and cyber security to businesses across the UK.
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager from the Philippines to take charge of our small digital team and help drive both client and internal growth. If you’re highly skilled in Google Ads (a must-have) and confident leading a small team of designers, this role is for you.
The Role
This is a hands-on and leadership role where you will:
- Lead & manage a small team of remote web designers (Wix Studio).
- Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (primary responsibility).
- Oversee SEO, website optimisation, and Google Business Profiles.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and (bonus) SEMRush or Ahrefs.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide clear reporting.
- Advise designers on landing page creation and structure to maximise lead generation.
- Collaborate with the UK team to deliver results for both internal projects and external clients.
- Significant experience with Google Ads (non-negotiable).
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console.
- SEO knowledge and ability to use tools such as SEMRush or Ahrefs (preferred but not essential).
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team (5 staff).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Analytical, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable balancing hands-on campaign management with team leadership.
- Pay Range: PHP 50,000 – 80,000 / month
- Bonuses: Performance-based incentives available
- Location: 100% Remote (Philippines)
- Schedule: 2PM – 11PM (Philippines Standard Time)
- Employment: Independent Contractor, 40 hours/week
