Sales Agent - San Jose del Monte

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Client Engagement- Visit clients regularly to assess needs and build relationships.
• Respond to inquiries, provide product information, and recommend solutions. Order Processing- Coordinate with the internal team for timely order processing and delivery.
• Ensure accuracy in order slips and client details. Product Knowledge- Stay updated on product specifications, applications, and benefits.
• Conduct product demos and explain usage to customers when needed. Market Development- Identify new sales opportunities and business leads.
• Suggest new market areas and potential clients . Reporting & Documentation- Maintain records of client visits, orders, and feedback.
• Submit daily or weekly sales activity reports. After-Sales Service- Assist clients with concerns, warranty issues, or returns.
• Coordinate with the technical or service team for follow-up support.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in construction, hardware, or paint industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of paint products and their applications is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel and conduct fieldwork regularly.
• Proficient in MS Office or mobile sales tools.

Working Conditions:

• Field-based with regular client visits.
• May require occasional weekend work depending on client schedules.
• Travel allowance, commissions, and performance-based incentives provided.
