HR Communications Manager

Location: Pasig City
Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Morning Shift

Job Summary

The HR Communications Manager is responsible for leading and executing strategic internal communication initiatives that support employee engagement, organizational culture, and HR transformation programs. The role ensures effective communication delivery across all employee touchpoints while strengthening alignment between leadership, HR, and employees within a fast-paced Tech/IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR communication strategies aligned with business and people objectives
  • Lead internal communication campaigns related to employee engagement, organizational updates, HR programs, and company initiatives
  • Create and manage communication materials including announcements, newsletters, presentations, leadership messages, and employee advisories
  • Collaborate closely with HR teams, department leaders, and executives to ensure consistent and effective messaging
  • Support change management initiatives through structured communication planning and execution
  • Manage employee communication platforms such as intranet portals, email communications, digital boards, and engagement tools
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee experience, and employer branding internally
  • Monitor communication effectiveness through employee feedback, engagement surveys, and communication analytics
  • Ensure all HR communications maintain professionalism, accuracy, branding consistency, and compliance with company standards
  • Lead and mentor HR Communications team members while managing multiple communication projects simultaneously
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts, Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, or related field
  • Must have experience working in a Tech or IT company
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Communications, Internal Communications, or Employee Engagement
  • At least 3 years experience in a managerial or leadership capacity
  • Strong expertise in internal communications, employee engagement, and change management communication
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Experience handling company-wide communication campaigns and organizational announcements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, communication tools, and digital engagement platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management, project management, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment
