Social Media Manager (Beauty & Wellness)

• Hybrid role — must be based in Metro Manila and willing to visit our clinics (Makati, QC, or Alabang) 2–4x/month for content shoots

Join our in-house Marketing Team as a Social Media Manager if you’re::

• Creatively strong with a great eye for aesthetics
• A storyteller at heart who understands what gets people to click, save, and share
• Analytical enough to learn what works, improve it, and scale it
• Confident enough to work independently but collaborative in spirit
• Passionate about beauty, branding, and content that converts

What you’ll be doing:

• Plan and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
• Design graphics and layouts using Canva or similar tools
• Write captions and reply to some DMs in our brand voice
• Coordinate with internal team members for real-time updates and assets
• Manage boosted posts and basic ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok)
• Track performance metrics and report insights regularly
• Stay updated on digital trends, platform changes, and content best practices
• Ensure all content aligns with our brand’s aesthetic and storytelling style
• Work closely with our marketing team to execute campaigns and coordinate rollouts

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
• Portfolio or sample work required
• Proficient in short-form video editing (CapCut, InShot, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Strong visual taste and clean, engaging copywriting
• Familiar with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
• Bonus if you’ve worked with a beauty, clinic, wellness, or lifestyle brand
