Schedule: Mid Shift, Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop new tours
• Coordinate buses, guides, tickets, and travel logistics
• Manage bookings, schedules, and operational arrangements efficiently
• Resolve travel disruptions including delays, cancellations, and changes
• Support sales teams and agencies with product inquiries
• Prepare cost estimates for customized travel requests
• Monitor tour profitability and close monthly transactions
• Build strong relationships with partners and customers

Qualification and requirements:

• Fluent in Japanese (spoken, written, and reading)
• 0–1 year travel industry experience or relevant exposure
• Strong coordination and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication with global teams and partners
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
