Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain operations ensure efficiency in warehousing and logistics.
• Drive operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and manage relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Lead, train, and develop regional teams to maintain high performance levels.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive continuous process improvement and cost optimization initiatives
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to maintain smooth operations.
• Support business expansion projects and new warehouse openings.
• Handle escalations and emergency logistics issues as required.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and crisis management abilities.
• Knowledge of logistics technology and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel across the region and work under a fast-paced environment.
