About the Opportunity

Our Partner offers a comprehensive suite of retail and digital commerce services capable of addressing the full range of functional needs of high-performing B2C and B2B organizations. As an e-commerce agency, they are dedicated to delivering high-impact campaigns, including Google and Meta ads, for their clients.

They are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to join their growing team. Those with a proven track record of running high-performance and profitable campaigns are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will manage and enhance campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, focusing on both business-as-usual (BAU) and sales-driven initiatives.

The Performance Marketing Specialist will carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Execution of digital ad channels campaign builds:
  • Execute and optimize campaigns with a focus on driving traffic (link clicks), enhancing brand awareness (ad recall), and boosting conversions.
  • Manage Instagram shopping integrations and Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) for both remarketing and prospecting.
  • Oversee sales and promotions campaigns, including strategies for adding items to cart.
  • Google campaigns BAU and Sales focus:
  • Handle campaigns with a focus on branded search, brand + product search, and generic search by category.
  • Manage generic search RLSA (Remarketing Lists for Search Ads), standard shopping or Performance Max (pMax), dynamic search, display, demand generation, and video ads.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide detailed monthly or weekly performance reports, including:
  • What has worked well
  • Actionable next steps
  • Areas for improvement

Tools Proficiency:

  • Google Ads Editor
  • Facebook Ads Manager
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Looker Studio
  • Google Sheets
  • Optmyzer (highly preferred)

The Performance Marketing Specialist role requires:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing digital ad campaigns, with a proven track record.
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B campaign management is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
