We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting principles, hands-on experience with payables and receivables, and a high level of integrity in handling confidential financial information.
Qualifications/Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Record and maintain accurate financial data and accounting records
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules
- Support taxation-related tasks, including compliance and documentation
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information at all times
- Assist in audits and other accounting-related activities as needed
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting
- At least 1 year of experience as an Accounting Clerk or Accounting Staff
- Skilled in handling accounts payable and receivable functions
- Experience in taxation and related compliance requirements
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially accounting formulas and functions
