About the role

We are seeking a Quality Control Staff to join our team at Markenburg International Foods Corp.' in Marilao Bulacan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our food products, playing a crucial part in upholding our high standards and delivering the best possible experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods to identify and address any quality issues
Document control and reporting on quality control measures and findings
Collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements
Staying up-to-date with relevant quality assurance regulations and best practices
Assisting in the development and maintenance of quality control systems and procedures
Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control protocols

What we're looking for

Graduate of Food Technology or equivalent
Relevant qualifications or certification in quality control, food science, or a related field
Experience in a quality control or assurance role within the food manufacturing industry
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in data analysis and report writing
Competency in Food Safety and Quality is a PLUS!
