Digital Communications Officer – Conveyancing Paralegal

The successful candidates will join our digital communication team who handle all communication with respect of a residential sale and purchase, from initial instruction to completion. You will be working in a friendly, highly supervised environment where candidates have a fantastic opportunity to progress your career.

Key Objectives
  • As the primary customer contact for all digital communications, you will provide guidance, updates and directions to clients and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Emails actioned within our service level agreement time frames to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Data entry and file updates post communication in accordance with our processes.
  • Reviewing, collating and preparing legal documentation with a high level to detail
  • Collaborating with Paralegals, Lawyers and other support teams both in Australia and remotely to escalate complex matters.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivery exceptional customer service
  • 1-2 years of direct customer contact experience working with Australian, New Zealand, United States or United Kingdom customers.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Fast and accurate typing
  • Critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Efficient – able to handle multiple tasks while remaining flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Integrity, ethical and moral behaviour regarding client information, company confidentiality and overall team interactions.
