About the role
At Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Telco Associates - Customer Service Representative to join our team in Davao City. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients in the telco industry.
What you'll be doing- Handling inbound calls from customers, promptly addressing their queries and concerns
- Providing detailed product and service information to customers
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on open items
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards
- Participating in team meetings and training programs to continuously improve your skills
- 6 months of proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telco industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Proficiency in using computer systems and contact centre software
- A positive, resilient and adaptable attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and the local language
