CUSTOMER CARE & SUCCESS SPECIALIST
As a Customer Care & Success Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients succeed in their hiring journey. You’ll work closely with clients to optimize their job postings, support their needs, and ultimately help them find the right candidates.This role reports directly to the Customer Care Group Leader and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field. At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or a related role.
- Skills & Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong negotiation and customer service orientation, Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed, Advanced computer and typing skills
- Behavioral Competencies: Courage to speak up, accept feedback, reliability, exceed expectations, solutions-oriented.
