What we're looking for
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
- With at least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing set-up
- Strong knowledge of Good Warehousing Practices (GWP), inventory control, and warehouse space optimization.
- Strong ability to drive operational efficiency and continuously improve warehouse processes.
- Oversee plant logistics warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities.
- Supervises Plant and Sorting & Bundling warehouse operations, including the receiving, storing, and dispatching of stocks to different external warehouses.
- Optimizes warehouse space, ensuring that adjustments follow the principles of Good Warehousing Practice (GWP).
- Prepares and submits periodic management KPI reports to measure operational efficiency and productivity.
- Ensures that target deadlines are met and that there is 100% compliance and adherence to established procedures and policies.
