Quezon City - Finance Systems Specialist

You will work closely with finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Collaborate with finance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage Anaplan integrations with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and other source systems.
• Support financial planning cycles including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures for model governance, version control, and user access.
• Conduct model testing and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Provide end-user training, support, and best practice guidance across business units.
• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance automation using Anaplan and other digital tools.
• Work in tandem with IT, data, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure seamless system performance and compliance with internal controls.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or financial systems roles.
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience as an Anaplan model builder (Anaplan Level 2 certification or higher preferred).
• Strong understanding of finance concepts such as P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, cost centers, and KPIs.
• Proven ability to manage Anaplan workspace and model architecture in a scalable, best-practice-driven manner.
• Familiarity with data integration tools, ETL processes, and financial system landscapes.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Anaplan Certified Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner.
• Experience in implementing or supporting finance transformation initiatives.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, or global organization.
