Job Title: SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Analyst

Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Provide timely and effective support to clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand and address their concerns.
• Document and track client issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes.

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support
• Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in providing technical support to clients.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and service desk best practices.

• The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Service Desk Voice Support.
• This position is based at our Cebu office.
