Customer Service Representative – Airline Account

Salary Package: Up to ₱25,000

Job Summary

We are looking for customer-focused and highly motivated individuals to join our Airline Account team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with flight reservations, ticketing, itinerary changes, travel inquiries, and other airline-related concerns while delivering excellent customer service.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding flights, bookings, cancellations, and travel policies
• Assist customers with reservations, ticket modifications, and flight schedules
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns
• Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience
• Document customer interactions according to company procedures
• Meet performance and quality standards

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• At least 6 months of BPO/Call Center experience
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Amenable to work onsite
