KHS Asia Pte Ltd is a Multi-National Company with offices worldwide. We are in the Food & Beverage Industry and supply processing / packaging equipment as well as complete bottling / canning lines to our customers in Asia.
We also provide after sales service for the installation and maintenance of equipment supplied to our existing and potential customers.
Service Engineer / Technician
National Capital Reg - Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Service Engineer / Technician is to provide and perform installation and commissioning services for bottling lines and individual machines / equipments.
Other Responsibilities:
Production monitoring of new and existing lines, systems, machines as well as monitoring new technological improvements.
Active troubleshooting of machines in order to minimize downtime of the customers' operation.
Advise the customers' production operators in preparing the maintenance schedule.
Preparation of accurate daily/weekly service reports.
Conduct active telephone support and helpline service as well as to cooperate with the spare parts coordinator.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical / Electronic Engineering. MECHATRONIC is an advantage.
Experience in Bottling line machine installation and commissioning.
Experience in Siemens Simatic S7, TIA Portal and KUKA Controls.
Candidates must demonstrate 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Siemens Simatic S7, TIA Portal and KUKA Controls.
Working experience in Beverage or Packaging Industry.
Good command of written and spoken English as well as respective national language.
Good personality and outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and trouble shooting skills.
Able to work independently and flexible to attend unusual shift works.
With valid Passport, able and must be willing to travel within Asia and other Countries.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Experience on Installation and Commissioning of Bottling machines and equipments.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Mechanical / Electronic or equivalent.
