We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager – Distribution to lead our sales team and drive massive growth in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector. This is a high-impact, corporate role with quota, commission, and incentives — perfect for a results-driven leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets
Plan, implement, and execute distribution strategies
Drive massive sales growth and meet or exceed quotas
Prepare accurate sales reports and performance analysis
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts
Ensure team adherence to corporate policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Proven experience in FMCG sales and distribution
Strong leadership skills; experience handling and motivating a team
Goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving quotas
Corporate mindset with excellent reporting and analytical skills
Own a car and willing to travel as needed
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilitiesWilling to do a Field Work.
