Nurse Manager (RN) - Clinic Operations

Job Summary

Mira Health Clinic is looking for a Registered Nurse who can also function as a Clinic Manager.

This role requires someone who can handle both clinical duties and daily operations, including staff supervision, patient care, and workflow management.

This is not a basic nursing role.

We need someone who can lead, manage, and improve clinic performance.

• Provide nursing care and assist in treatments when needed
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations
• Supervise and guide clinic staff
• Ensure high-quality patient service and experience
• Monitor compliance with DOH standards and clinic protocols
• Handle scheduling, reporting, and coordination
• Improve workflow efficiency and operational systems

• Registered Nurse (valid PRC license required)
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in clinic, aesthetic, or healthcare setting
• Must have experience in supervising or managing staff
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Able to handle both clinical and administrative responsibilities
• Organized, proactive, and responsible

• Experience in aesthetic or beauty clinic
• Experience handling operations or clinic management
• Strong communication and patient handling skills

• This is a dual-role position (Nurse + Manager)
• You will be responsible for both patient care and team management
