Job Overview:

As a Machine Operator Trainee (starting as Production Worker), you will be part of the production team that ensures efficient manufacturing operations. You’ll assist in daily production activities and receive hands-on training to become a skilled Machine Operator capable of handling automated equipment safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in machine operation, production line setup, and material handling.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned work area.
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Conduct basic product checks to ensure quality and consistency.
Support production targets and meet daily output goals.
Learn the fundamentals of machine operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

Tesda Certificate (NCII Ref and Aircon, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Automotive Servicing) or at least 2-Year Course (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical)
With or without experience in production or factory work.
Willing to undergo training and start as a Production Worker.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and overtime.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
