?️ Mga Responsibilidad:
Pagtanggap at pag-aayos ng mga dokumento at records
Pag-eencode at pag-update ng data sa computer system
Pagsagot sa tawag sa telepono at pag-accommodate ng mga kliyente
Pag-file at pag-monitor ng mga papeles
Paghahanda ng mga report at iba pang dokumento
Pagtulong sa iba pang administrative tasks kung kinakailangan
Qualifications/Requirements
Mga Kwalipikasyon:
Graduate ng anumang kursong may kaugnayan (College Graduate)
May kaalaman sa basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
Maayos makipag-communicate at may magandang customer service skills
Masipag, maaasahan, at may kakayahang magtrabaho nang may minimal supervision
May karanasan sa office setting ay isang advantage
